The Amigo Family is an episodic series about an Identifiably Black Afro-Latino Family.
The series is based around the tenacity and triumphs of a family navigating success and authenticity while choosing to raise and build a legacy for their family in the shifting marginalized community of the South Bronx.
Through this family and the supporting cast, you get to see how a diverse group of people, navigate race, culture, socioeconomics, careers, political views, and, as a community, find points of grace to thrive together.
The Amigo Family series will illuminate screens and lives alike because they have chosen to be seen.
“The only requirement to live in The Bronx is Authenticity and I carry its narrative and tell our story everywhere I go.”
